Vendors application information

Thank you for your interest in Macarthur’s Music in the Vines Festival on Saturday, 3rd March 2018. 
  
Food, Art and Craft stalls will contribute to the vibrant nature of Music in the Vines and the Committee aim at ensuring a mix of cultural, delectable and family friendly foods and activities are available for our festival community.  

Please fill out an application form below and submit all required documents via email (info@musicinthevines.com.au).

Fees for 2018 (Full fee required on confirmation of attendance): 
Food/Coffee Vendors                  $200* (powered site)
Other Vendors                            $25 (power extra. Includes 1 free entry + 2 tickets at 50% discount) 

*A $100 refund will be given if the venue has recorded less then 500 people through the gate on the day. 

The sites will be arranged adjacent to the Music area. This area will include tables and chairs for the use of the patrons. Sites will be 3m x 3m – if extra room is required please notify the Vendor Co-ordinator. If you require the use of a shared coolroom please contact the Vendor Co-ordinator. 
  
Any damage caused BY A VENDOR to a power outlet over the day will NOT be repaired and they will have to operate on reduced power. Repairs will be at vendors expense if the damage was caused by their reckless, careless, illegal or deliberate action. 
  
Stall Holders are required to provide the following: 

Details of Victorian Council Food Registration (Food vendors must ensure they have completed a SOT on Streetrader) 
Evidence of Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10,000,000) 

Gates will open at 7am and close 8.30am before the public arrive. If you wish to gain site access the day prior please notify the Vendor Co-ordinator. No vehicular movement will occur during the event but Vendors can gain use of the site vehicle if required.

Power Requirements 

Music in the Vines operates on generator power, which uses petrol and/or diesel. 

In order for the Festival to assess its energy usage please include a list of all equipment and amp usage. Electricity will be provided as advised in the terms and conditions and as requested according to your application. 

All appliances must be assigned to 10amps / 15amps circuits. 

Electrical Equipment 

The calculation of your demand for electrical power has to be precise and include all electrical items. Music in the Vines will provide the number of circuits (10-amp cables) to the stall. Stall holders have to assign the appliances to the circuit(s), not to exceed 10 amps per circuit.

Garbage, Waste water and Recycling 
REDUCE – REUSE – RECYCLE! 
We aim for this event to be a waste wise event. 
The event encourages environmentally friendly/re-cycle practises that have minimal effect on the environment. 
  
IMPORTANT – Please note the following are preferred: 

Bio-degradable cornstarch, paper or cloth carry bags to be used; 
Cutlery, plates, straws etc must be paper, wood or cornstarch (Bio-degradable) 
No glass.
