2022 Music line-up

Pierce brothers

For years now twin brothers Jack and Patrick Pierce’s high energy duo Pierce Brothers has been a staple of the Australian indie-folk/ blues & roots scene, captivating festival goers and headlining sold out venues the world over. Exploding onto the world stage in 2014, the brothers started their journey as buskers on Bourke street (alongside other incredible busking acts Tash Sultana and Tones and I), and soon became a must-see act playing sell-out shows across Australia and Europe.

The band’s music has grown with them over the years and has seen them release a top 15 ARIA debut album (Atlas Shoulders, coming in at #13) and two Top 10 ARIA EPs (The Records Were Ours and Into The Dirt), and have received over 30 million global streams. They'll be playing music from their newest album, Into The Great Unknown, along with their other hits at Music in the Vines 2022.

bones and jones

The underlying sound of Bones and Jones is evidently inspired by the greats. The six-piece band from Geelong/Surfcoast area have evolved from the raw sounds of 60's Nuggets, to writing a duplicitous array of songs. From upbeat catchy pop tunes, with quirky rhythmic affectations, to softer, more vulnerable songs that bear truths far beyond the expectations of young adults. With swaying drums, driven organ and roaring lap-steel, Bones and Jones pay homage to the rock and roll greats while paving the path for their own unique sound. They're sure to get you up on your feet as the sun goes down at Music in the Vines 2022.

Little Georgia

Known for their powerful live performances, Little Georgia deliver beautiful harmonies and compelling lyrics amongst a sea of acoustic story telling and crazed out electric jams. Their raw and real sound represents Little Georgia’s passion for live performances, which has become their trademark over their many years touring and honing their craft. After the release of the bands debut studio album “All The While” in 2018 (produced by award winning American producer Nick DiDia – Pearl Jam, Neil Young, Powderfinger) they spent the following year touring between Australia and North America, playing Byron Bay Blues Fest, Americana Fest (Nashville) and Folk Alliance (New Orleans). 2020 saw Little Georgia stepping into a new sonic chapter with the release of ‘Texas’. They'll make you sway, dance and FEEL with powerful vocals and their soul-gripping sound at our 2022 festival.
